Azure Integration Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure Integrations Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd Level Support to customers according to SLA and support contracts
• Evaluate and resolve Dynamics 365 issues at a code level while maintaining effective communication with clients
• Work collaboratively with team members and engage in knowledge transfer to optimize resource use

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Azure Integration Services and related technologies
• Experience in supporting or developing Logic Apps and Function Apps (C#)
• Proficient in Azure Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and APIM
• Minimum of two years of functional knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Competence in computer languages including Java and C++, and knowledge of OO Design & Development techniques
