Payroll Testing Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Testing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to define testing scope, lead test teams, analyze results, and present dashboards
• Create and execute test plans ensuring comprehensive application functionality testing
• Motivate and support testers, providing troubleshooting and guidance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of testing experience, preferably in Payroll, Finance, Tax, or Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in Payroll Data
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with leading test phases, including planning, executing, and documenting tests
• Strong understanding of development life cycle and testing methodologies
