Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Payroll Specialist who will ensure accurate payroll reporting and support for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients regarding payroll and reporting
  • Review and audit entered expenses and assist with payroll tax calculations
  • Maintain and update client documentation and provide customer service support
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; three years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of formal education
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook and Word
  • Previous experience in invoice auditing or Relocation Services preferred
  • Experience with ReloAdvantage / Equus / Accounting software preferred
  • Ability to meet quality and timeliness metrics while adhering to established procedures
