Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fiscal Technician to manage fiscal operations within the Office of Undergraduate Admission.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, reimbursements, and manage vendor contracts
• Perform monthly reconciliations and track expenditures against budgets
• Collaborate with the Enrollment Finance team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience
• Experience in accounting and budgeting tasks
• Proficiency with computer applications and standard office software
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Workday is preferred
