Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager responsible for leading a team of accountants in transaction processing and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team while ensuring efficient financial operations
• Supervise financial services delivery, including financial statement preparation and compliance reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide actionable financial insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of professional accounting experience with staff oversight
• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles and financial record-keeping methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to learn charter school and non-profit accounting rules and regulations
