Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payer integrations, healthcare implementation, or revenue cycle management
• 2+ years of team management experience with a focus on coaching and performance enhancement
• Expert knowledge of payer operations, claims adjudication, and relevant workflows
• Hands-on experience with HIPAA/EDI processes and integration project management
• Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
