Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to Spanish-speaking users of the ride-sharing app.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to their rides, account issues, and app functionality.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Educate users on app features and services to enhance their overall experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to continually improve the customer support process.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Interest in technology and ride-sharing services.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
