Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Fashion & Apparel Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic entry level role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our fashion products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in helping clients with questions about product details, order status, returns, and styling advice. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within the fashion and apparel industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion and apparel inquiries
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations
- Manage inquiries related to order processing, shipping, and returns
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with inventory and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Gather customer feedback to further improve our product offerings and services
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed guidance
- Fluency in both Spanish and English with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for fashion
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or fashion industry, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in helping customers find the perfect fashion items
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
