Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to our trucking software and resolve any technical issues.
• Educate clients on features and functionalities of the software to enhance their user experience.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets effectively to ensure timely resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the software or technology sector.
• Familiarity with trucking or logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
