Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist clients with inquiries pertaining to transportation services.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints swiftly and efficiently.
• Educate customers on service offerings and guide them in using our transportation solutions.
• Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced environment and a strong desire to help customers.
• Ability to work well in a team-focused and collaborative atmosphere.
• Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
