Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home technology products and troubleshooting.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers on product features and functionalities to enhance their usage experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and customer service.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the technology sector.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
