Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding home entertainment systems and troubleshoot any issues.
• Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Familiarity with home entertainment systems and technology is a plus.
