Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding health and wellness products.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Educate clients on product usage and benefits to ensure informed choices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to refine customer service processes and enhance quality.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in health and wellness to assist customers accurately.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the health and wellness sector, is preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
