Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Public Transport Services Department. In this important role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to public transport services, including ticket purchases, schedules, route information, and service updates. Your focus will be on providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers as they navigate public transport options. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to public transport services.
• Assist customers with purchasing tickets and understanding scheduling options.
• Provide detailed information on routes, schedules, and fare structures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay informed about service updates, changes, and public transport regulations to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions to track inquiries and feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate information is communicated.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in public transport or travel-related sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to learn and relay complex information clearly and effectively.
• Experience with customer service software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
