Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and live chat support in French.
• Assist customers with inquiries on fashion items, order status, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide product information and styling advice as needed.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and company product offerings.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in fashion or retail, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Interest and knowledge in fashion and apparel products is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
