We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Streaming TV & Movie Services Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and enjoy providing excellent service to Spanish-speaking customers navigating our streaming platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding streaming services, including account inquiries, technical issues, and content availability.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting streaming problems and provide guidance on using the platform effectively.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure positive experiences through thoughtful and timely responses.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to address more complex customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest streaming features, content offerings, and policies to provide informed assistance.
• Collect customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
