We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Home Entertainment Systems Department. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for technology and entertainment and who are enthusiastic about helping customers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about product features, troubleshooting, and installation processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a satisfactory service experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support requests to track resolution status.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide effective solutions for complex customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest home entertainment technologies and features to share valuable insights with customers.
• Collect feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improving products and services.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or home entertainment sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly manner.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
