We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty Department. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding consumer electronics repairs and warranty claims through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to repair status, warranty coverage, and service policies.
• Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of all inquiries and outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
• Educate clients about warranty terms and conditions, repair processes, and product features.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and operational improvements.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the consumer electronics or repair sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
