We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Mobile Banking Services Department. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the banking industry, and who are eager to assist Spanish-speaking clients in managing their mobile banking needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients for mobile banking services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and mobile app features.
• Effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address complex customer inquiries and improve service quality.
• Educate customers about new features and best practices for utilizing mobile banking services.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or financial services, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues calmly and effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
