We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Streaming TV & Movie Services Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and customer service, eager to assist Portuguese-speaking clients with their streaming experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding streaming TV and movie services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, content access, streaming issues, and technical support.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high-quality viewing experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding queries or problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the service delivery process.
• Keep customers informed about new content releases, features, and troubleshooting tips.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service quality and user experience.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with customer support software and standard office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
