Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and service issues.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of communications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of complex issues.
• Stay updated on the latest product features and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Gather feedback from customers to drive improvements in product quality and service delivery.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and standard office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
