Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to digital marketing strategies, SEO solutions, and service offerings.
• Provide support throughout the onboarding process, ensuring customers understand how to leverage digital marketing tools effectively.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, working towards timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance overall service delivery.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and solutions to provide relevant information to customers.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and service improvement.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to understand and explain digital marketing concepts and SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine interest in digital marketing trends and a willingness to learn.
