Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about company policies and offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to effectively handle challenging situations and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the industry.
