German Speaking Client Relations Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, resolving inquiries and providing effective solutions.
• Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Assist clients in understanding our services and offer support for any challenges they face.
• Keep comprehensive records of client interactions and ensure prompt follow-ups on unresolved issues.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of client issues.
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to offer informed support.

• Fluency in German and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or a related position is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a dedication to creating positive client interactions.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset to address client needs.
• Knowledge of CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed to accommodate client requirements.
