Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients for a music streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, content availability, and app usage.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and ensure follow-up on any outstanding concerns.
• Work with internal teams to address technical issues and enhance service quality.
• Inform customers about new features, updates, and promotional offers.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the tech or entertainment sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
