Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in French for airline reservation inquiries.
• Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling flight reservations.
• Offer detailed information on flight schedules, fares, and airline policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Collaborate with airline partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay informed about promotions, policies, and industry trends relevant to air travel.

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline sector.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems or customer service software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
