About the job:

Role: Family Growth Associate
Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hrs per week | Wednesday to Sunday, Mountain Time
Salary Range: US$1200
Employment: Independent Contractor (you will receive your salary in full without any deductions!)

Role and Responsibilities:

We’re looking for passionate and empathetic hustlers to join us. This is not your typical sales or customer success position. Instead, you’ll be working with real families with real human problems. Your role is to empower underserved families to take the most transformative step of their lives to access care.

Own and Drive the Family Care Experience:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for families, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Set and maintain high expectations for family care standards.
  • Manage the family care pipeline closely with our clinical team to ensure a seamless experience.

Uplift Our Families:

  • Guide families through the complexities of the healthcare system, providing support and clarity at every step.
  • Serve as their strongest advocate, offering encouragement and assistance during both challenging and celebratory moments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a key liaison, fostering collaboration across various departments to advance our mission.
  • Work closely with the Clinical, Product, and Documentation teams to ensure alignment and support for family care initiatives.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve processes and enhance family care experience.
  • Has 1-4 years of experience in roles like Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Call Center, or Customer Service (phone-based).
  • Excellent Spanish and English communication skills
  • Skilled in managing complex projects with attention to detail.
  • Ability to connect with different client personalities and handle diverse situations with flexibility.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or spreadsheets
  • Genuine care for vulnerable and underserved populations with limited access to healthcare.
  • Willingness to go beyond a 9-5 mindset to provide extra attention and support to families in need.
