Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding streaming services, technical issues, and content queries.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and service enhancements.

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong enthusiasm for customer service and the entertainment industry.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and services.
