We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and supporting clients in their virtual assistance needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Flemish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries regarding virtual assistant services.
• Assist customers with questions related to service offerings, appointment scheduling, and account management.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and improve overall client experience.
• Stay informed about service updates, industry trends, and best practices in virtual assistance.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to support continuous service improvement efforts.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a virtual assistant or administrative support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-centric service.
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
