Nordic Speaking Consultant for Online Ticketing & Event Services Department

We are currently on the hunt for a Nordic Speaking Consultant for our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. This role is perfect for professionals with a passion for the events industry and a strong understanding of online ticketing solutions tailored for the Nordic markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking clients in understanding and utilizing online ticketing and event services effectively.
• Provide expert consultancy on ticketing solutions, tailored to enhancing client event management processes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ current ticketing systems and suggest optimizations for improved user experience.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the flawless implementation of client-specific ticketing solutions.
• Support clients in understanding event regulations and provide guidance for compliance with local laws.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the online ticketing and events sector.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through consistent support and exceptional service.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in online ticketing, event management, or a consulting role within the events industry.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms and best practices in event services.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a knack for providing actionable insights to clients.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
