This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and dedicated to providing outstanding service to Italian-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products, plans, and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in an efficient and empathetic manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Accurately document all interactions with customers and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to address and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Promote a positive customer experience by actively listening and responding to customer needs.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency with customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
• A keen interest in technology and telecommunications.
