This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and eager to support Czech-speaking clients in maximizing their online presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
• Assist customers with understanding the functionalities of various digital marketing tools and services offered by the company.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with tailored solutions and support related to their marketing goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support and recommendations.
• Promote a positive and professional brand image in all customer interactions.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, or technology sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A keen interest in digital marketing and a desire to help clients succeed online.
