Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to join our small but mighty team.

• At least one year experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry;
• Fluent in English (at least C1 if not a native speaker);
• Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus;
• A good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills;
• A basic understanding of Jira or similar system.

• Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal representation - the role will require communication with internal teams, and external customers;

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration processes for new clients;
• Assist in onboarding new clients, providing guidance and support to bridge the gap between Sales, Integration and Account Management Teams;
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.

You will work closely with

• Our Legal Team;
• Our Sales and Account management team;
• Our Integration Team;
• This role will be line managed by our Head of Sales.
