This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about home technology and customer assistance, and who are eager to support Flemish-speaking customers with their home appliance needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding home appliances through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, specifications, and troubleshooting.
• Effectively resolve complaints and technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and product usability.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Stay updated on product offerings and technologies to enhance service delivery and customer knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback and suggestions to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the home appliances or retail sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on resolving customer issues.
• Ability to learn and understand technical product details rapidly.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
