In this important role, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their inquiries related to consumer electronics repairs and warranty claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding repairs and warranty services.
• Assist customers in processing warranty claims and troubleshooting electronic devices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with technicians and team members to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest products and repair processes.

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation with a technical mindset.
• Previous experience in customer support or electronics repair is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a problem-solving attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
