Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Digital Marketing & SEO Solutions Department. Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
• Assist clients with understanding and utilizing our marketing services effectively.
• Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to their digital campaigns.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on service changes and best practices.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to assist in improving service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing trends.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or SEO preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
• A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM tools is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if needed.
