In this position, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions, providing them with expert guidance and support. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients in Nordic languages via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
• Provide knowledgeable support and professional advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions for future reference and improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with changes in digital marketing trends and tools.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and SEO solutions.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to help others.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
