Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding veterinary services via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and process service requests effectively.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional approach when interacting with pet owners.
• Accurately document customer interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with veterinary professionals to provide accurate information and resolve client issues.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of services and improve customer interactions.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
• A strong interest in animal welfare and veterinary services.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a caring attitude towards pets and their owners.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
