Your Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding home security and alarm systems via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance on products and services.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve service objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Please state your nationality and native language in your application.
• Strong interest in home security and alarm systems.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
