OVERVIEW
Reporting to a Customer Service Lead, you will ensure that an excellent experience is given to every customer, every time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media
- Commit to achieving productivity and quality targets
- Provide a personalized and memorable experience to all customers
- Resolve complaints efficiently and with empathy to avoid escalations
- Follow-up on any issue until they are fully resolved
- Report any trending or escalated issue to management
- Inspire customers to shop with Alo Yoga
- Help with back-office work when needed: process credits, investigate lost packages and issue replacement orders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Problem solving skills and resilience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy
- Selling skills
- Outgoing personality with an ability to build rapport
- Passion for fashion and wellness
- Flexibility in schedule; must be available to work possible evenings, weekends and holidays when needed
- Hybrid work schedule; in office and remote.
