Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with enterprise clients to drive business growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand client recruitment challenges and objectives.
  • Present innovative HR solutions and staffing strategies that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor industry trends to provide clients with relevant market insights and strategies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the HR sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
