Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative to process and resolve workers compensation and other accident claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, hospital staff, and insurance payers
  • Obtain necessary information regarding payment responsibilities and manage daily billing activities
  • Update patient information in relevant systems and escalate complex accounts to management as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with workers' compensation eligibility verification
  • Preferred experience with Meditech and claim submission via hospital clearinghouse (Quadax)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
