IT Helpdesk Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Helpdesk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Helpdesk support for troubleshooting and resolving staff service requests
  • Oversee laptop management, including inventory, procurement, and end-of-life processes
  • Assist with IT administration, including managing SaaS applications and Google Workspace
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or equivalent education and relevant experience in Information Technology
  • Two years or more of experience in end-user and desktop support
  • Strong experience with Windows and Apple laptops
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a global association environment or not-for-profit is preferred
