A company is looking for a Patient Connection Specialist - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls efficiently for multiple areas using standard greetings and protocols
• Maintain expert knowledge of database applications while ensuring patient privacy
• Facilitate patient requests and engage in active listening to identify caller needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Preferred experience in customer service or call center environments
• One year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Understanding of patient population needs and development principles
