About the Role
As Executive Assistant you will support Nicholas Pardon, Founder of Pardon and Founder & CEO of Optimism, and his executive team – Pardon’s Managing Director and Head of Finance. You will support the executive operations of Pardon Ventures, managing Nicholas’ calendar and dynamic schedule, coordinating travel and logistics, planning events, taking notes, and supporting executive level communications across the organization, including liaising with Pardon and Optimism team members, and reporting back to Nicholas.
You are reliable, resourceful, proactive, positive, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, curious, and creative. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment and handle confidential matters with discretion. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are critical.
