Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Manager, Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Utilization Management services and regulatory standards
• Manage operational, human resources, quality, and financial aspects of Utilization Management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality patient care and compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• Unencumbered Oregon RN License
• BSN or higher degree in nursing and a Master's degree in nursing or related field, or in process
• Five years of experience as a registered nurse in Utilization Management and two years of recent management/leadership experience
• Professional certification in nursing leadership within three years of assuming the manager role
• Experience in complex organizational environments
