Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist Specialist Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services and drug information to patients and healthcare teams
• Complete medication therapy management, order reviews, and develop treatment protocols for TCT patients
• Document activities accurately and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas state pharmacist license in good standing
• Completion of ASHP PGY2 residency or four years of equivalent clinical experience
• Certification in related specialty to be obtained within two years of hire
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
