Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Manager to oversee the development and optimization of knowledge assets related to Request for Proposal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a knowledge management strategy aligned with business goals
• Develop and maintain a centralized repository of proposal content and templates
• Monitor usage and effectiveness of knowledge assets using KPIs and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposals, with 2+ years in a knowledge management role
• Experience with Responsive or similar proposal automation tools
• Bachelor's degree or high-level qualification in a related field
• Familiarity with APMP best practices
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
