Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist Follow-up 1 (Patient Account Representative 1).

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions on insurance accounts and resolve issues related to unpaid balances and billing
• Communicate with staff and insurance companies to ensure accurate processing of account transactions
• Review Home Infusion claims and perform quality assurance reviews on transactions

Required Qualifications

• Two years of recent experience in billing or collecting healthcare accounts, or four years of general collection or customer service experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) required within 18 months of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
