Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Support Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve the inbound phone queue and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
• Process orders, research and resolve accounting, pricing, and shipping issues
• Monitor customer orders and keep customers informed of order status

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college coursework preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or similar environment
• Basic understanding of customer relationship management
• Accurate data entry and general computer skills
• Proficiency in Spanish or French communication is highly desirable
